I remember he used his visa card (Bank of America) as payment in Manila Hotel.

Denial reason was Failed to establish evidence that the two of us have met within two years...

My fiance sent copy of our pictures together on initial evidence sent , provided passport number and details about his visit....but wasn't aware the need to provide a hard copy...

If he has his passport with the entry and departure stamps showing he entered and left your country on the dates you specified, then he should make a copy of his entire passport including front and back cover and including blank pages and send that to the embassy. Quick before they decide again.

If he doesn't have that, you may have to remeet again and start all over again. Sorry.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

This is for "proof of meeting in the 2 years previous to the filing".

None of those will not help show that.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Our Petition was denied by USCIS and it's under review and process....it haven't gone to the consulate or embassy here in the Philippines yet......

01/05/10 - Visa on Hand

01/16/10 - POE Seattle Tacoma airport, WA

02/03/10 - Received SSN

03/09/10 - 2nd year Anniversary

04/12/10 - AOS, EAD, AP Application Submitted

04/14/10 - USCIS received package(AOS application)

04/22/10 - got email notification receipt number

04/24/10 - Received hard copy I-797 notice of action (AOS, EAD, AP)

04/30/10 - Biometrics notice thru mail

05/11/10 - Biometrics Appointment

Mayalar, sorry to hear about the denial.. but the others are right, a hard copy of the passport with the biographic data and stamps showing that he was indeed in the Philippines it the best proof. Hopefully with the new evidences that you had submitted, they will reconsider and you will have your approval. Good Luck.

Omigod, my heart hurts for you. Maybe add some testimonial letters from friends/family if there's time? Have them notarized if you can add them. Also, if you have receipts that you can match up against your fiance's, round 'em up, tape them to one sheet and make a xerox copy, then highlight the dates, sign the sheet and send to your fiance. Have your fiance do the same, then combine the sheets and rush them to USCIS. These are things that my fiance and I did to show that we were in the same places at the same times.

I hope you'll have good news to post soon. I'm so sorry you have to go through this.

Can we still rush evidence and send it to USCIS like a copy of passport and the other stuff that you recommend????Will they still consider it?
