:P My Hubby is still having a hard time learning tagalog....and I'm also having a hard time translating it to him...

What's the first Tagalog Word or Sentence/Phrase your SO learned?

Sa Asawa ko....."Gutom na ako" :P

First word he learned......

"Tumbong = A***hole."

Believe it or not, the first tagalog word that my hubby learned from me was "Mabantot ikaw"

Someone from our neighborhood was frying a dried fish and he asked what was that smell. And I said it's a dried fish.

I translated it to tagalog.. to "mabantot na isda".... and unnoticeable, he asked me what's tagalog of "you". I translated it to "Ikaw"... and Gosh! tawagin ba naman ako ng...

"MABANTOT KA!".. naloka ako. hahaha.

HAHAHA..LOKO ASAWA MO AH!!! WELL,IM GLAD MAY SENSE OF HUMOR SIYA,HINDI KATULAD NG IBA NA SOBRANG SERIOUS...

The first tagalog sentence that my Husband learned was

Gusto ko pong pakasalan ang anak ninyo

I cried when he say that to my dad. yay!!! :P

AAAWWW......SO SWEET!!! GOOD CATCH!! :thumbs:

Hehehehe.... I am trying to remember...

He loves to learn Tagalog. He asked me the translation of " I love you Sweeity", but he said it as "mahala kita aki sinta". :whistle:

HAHAHA...MAHALA? AKI? :devil:
