Hi guys im new here and im so worried if my fiance will get approved for her upcoming visa interview.

I don't have a job for almost 10 months last year so i don't have any income tax return to show to them, but finally i got a full time & stable job last Feb 2009 up to now.

Now my question is my current job (25k/year) should be enough to show to them that i can support her? or they will still focused on last 3 years of income tax returns?

if this is just you and your fiance(e) then 25K is enough, the embassay is only concerned about current income, so you are fine.. but because you were out of a job for so long, they might want to see how steady you are so they might ask for the last 3 years of tax returns, maybe someone that went through PI for interview can confirm this....

Your current job is enough income, and with an employment letter stating the job is "permanent", and some recent check stubs it would satisfy the "current" income requirement. For many, but not all consulates, this is enough. In your case attaching 3 years Income tax records may be to your advantage. Also, ask this question in the PI regional forum and read the PI consulate reviews.
