Hi all VJers

I am monitoring status of I-130 for my uncle. He's sponsoring his daughter and the case was filed in Mar 2003. Today I received this notification message from the CIS. Please explain to me what it means.

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT

On April 27, 2009, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of April 27, 2009, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your address.

It does not say "approved" nor "denied". This could be an RFE? Please reply soon!!!

Jan 18, 2007 - Mailed I-129F

Jan 27, 2007 - I-129F Rejection Notice received (used outdated form version)

Jan 29, 2007 - Mailed I-129F (with most up to date form version)

Feb 12, 2007 - NOA1

Mar 22, 2007 - NOA2 Received email from CIS. NOA1 to NOA2 for only 38 days!

Mar 26, 2007 - NVC receive my case

Mar 28, 2007 - NVC sends out my case to HCM Consulate

May 03, 2007 - Packet 3 received

May 04, 2007 - Wife submits Packet 3 at HCM Consulate

Jun 26, 2007 - Packet 4 received

Jul 19, 2007 - Interview PASSED

Jul 20, 2007 - Pick up Visa

Jul 24, 2007 - Arrive Boston (POE LAX)

Jan 13, 2007 - NOA1 received in snail mail

Mar 22, 2007 - Approved!!!

I-129F

Jan 18, 2007 - Mailed I-129F

Jan 27, 2007 - I-129F Rejection Notice received (used outdated form version)

Jan 29, 2007 - Mailed I-129F (with most up to date form version)

Feb 12, 2007 - NOA1

Mar 22, 2007 - NOA2 Received email from CIS. NOA1 to NOA2 for only 38 days!

Why don't you call the 800 number listed?

Mom sponsoring for her son(my brother)

06/15/2010 : I-130 for son
06/23/2010 : Check Cashed
06/26/2010 : Received NOA
03/20/2012 : Received RFE(I-797E)
05/23/2012: Application approved after RFE response
06/29/2012: Received letter from NVC

06/03/2015: Change petition from F1 to F3 category

My uncle just got the letter of approval today, the email notification and the status online are weird. They can just say "approved".

It's been 2 days. There are 28 views, but nobody answer my question.
