I-693 PROBLEMS

i am asking this question in behalf of a friend who can not post questions in the forum despite having a visajourney.com account (well that's a different problem)

uscis has sent her an rfe for i-693. but the problem is, she has no more copies of her vaccination documentation worksheet because she submitted her original copy when she filed for AOS. she was able to receive her EAD card and the rfe for i-693 arrived after getting her EAD card.

what should she do and what are her options?

Is your friend a K1 also?

Are they asking for the whole 693, or just the second part with the vaccinations?

If it is the whole 693, she would have to either try and get a copy of the original from the clinic or have the whole thing re-done.

If she's a K1 and only needs the vaccination section, have her contact Dr. Arnold at the link in my signature.
