Is there any way on paying them at the same time?

the bills both appear in the collection fee site, But it would only permit me to pay either of the two.

Sorry i'm not much help. I paid the AOS first and get the coversheet then later the IV fee appears so I pay that one. I guess it's not the same as your situation but that's what i did.

You can't pay both at the same time because the IV fee bill is only generated after your choice of agent (DS3032) is accepted and the AOS fee is generate the same time your DS3032 is generated. And once is accepted don't pay too soon, it can complicate things for you later. Wait till you get an email saying the bill is ready to be paid.

I did get the email and NVC told me I paid too early, but I waited, it was their mistake tho!! And for some people who pay too early after a while the bill comes back to UNPAID, and NVC takes a few days to fix it, so it can really delay your whole process. :)

They can be generated at the same time and ready to be paid one at a time online. You just do the process twice in a row, and it's considered paying both at the same time... seperately. Hope that was clear.

Yeah, I have the email that signifies that we can pay the IV bill, The AOS fee has been there around for sometime, now we are ready to pay both. To my realization, my husband can't pay it both at the same time. We just have to wait for the AOS to have a PAID status, then we'll pay the IV bill.

Just trying to hit two birds at one shot. lol

But as soon as the two bills shows as paid, can we send the AOS package and IV package at the same time in separate folders? Someone here, did the same thing?

I could pay both at the same time (two separate transactions but paid them both within 2 minutes of each other)

Yes, I think I had to re-enter details to log on again once 1st transaction went through but apart from that it was quick.

To me paying the IV fee bill and 70 dollar AOS fee bill turned out to be a night mare and I am still dealing with it. So far i have received two RFEs saying that I need to pay the IV fee bill even though I have paid it and even on the website it says paid. I have also sent them the bank statement but they have not yet fixed the issue. I recommend only paying the IV fee once you receive the IV fee bill. I paid both things at the same time. turned out to be a big mistake.
