ds230 payment

I need some guidance... Beneficiary received an email saying DS3032 has been accepted and i then paid the IV $400 online since it had the option enabled to pay. After the payment, two days later it showed the status as "paid", i then printed the coversheet and send all of the DS230 related documents to NVC.

Now today evening i received an email with a subject line "IV fee agent letter" stating to go and pay. I went back to the online bill payment section and now it say "not paid" what does this mean? Should i need to go and make the payment again?

I called NVC and they said i was suppose to wait for the IV Bill email - how am i suppose to know that? After they accepted DS3032, NVC is the one who enabled the IV section and i just went and paid thinking that this is what i am suppose to do.

So the customer service person escalated this to her supervisor and told me to call back after 10 days - does this take this long to fix? Anyone encountered this issue before ? I hope they don't lose my orginals m.certificate, police certificate etc that i send with ds230...

I'm having the same exact problem, I called them and they told me the same thing. please let me know what happened?

things always seem to fall into their places, but it may take them few days to get them in a right order, i heard of this before it should be ok

I called NVC today to check the status and they said for DS230 - a supervisor is currently taking a look at my IV Bill pay related issue and that it will take 10-15 days to clear. The $400 dollars is already taken out for IV when i checked that with my bank.

The lady on the phone said that they are now reviewing the I-864 docs and for ds230 she doesn't know the current status as its only been a day that they received it. She told me that they will clear the IV fee payment issue and that there wont be a problem as long as the payment is taken out from the bank.

For those who are going through this same issue, call NVC right away and have them do a supervisor review.

I spoke to the customer service today and they told me that they had recieved the IV payment but the automated message still say's IV bill has been sent and that they are waiting for the payment. Also, the lady on the phone mentioned that they are currently reviewing my I-864 and DS 230 docs.

A few minutes ago, i logged into the online payment section and it looks like they fixed my IV problem. IV now shows as "PAID".

Now hoping for no RFE, as they are currently going through all the documents....

Cool....Thats good...... keep checking the online payment web until it gives u a sign on error ........then ur case will be in final completion and it usually gets officially completed in a day or two after that error.

Finally my case got completed 5/7/2009 - NO RFE'S with NVC - Thank god.... Now waiting for a interview date.
