Wife got an RFE requesting the full medical I-693 but sans vaccination. She is a K-1 and her medical is less than a year old... ####### did they lose it or something.

At POE the officer opened the brown envelope and took another envelope which contained the full medical write-up. Arent they supposed to forward that to USCIS?

What should I do?

We had the same issue... We could have "pushed" back with the USCIS to tell them to look again (some have been successful but it takes time) but we "bit the bullet" and went to a CS

YMMV

The same thing happened to us and we just decided to go ahead and get the medical. Its not worth the effort to fight USCIS over it. In fact, Maricar had her medical today and we can get the I-693 in the mail soon. Good luck.

Same exact thing happened to us. It's terrible. We had to pay $285 to re-do it. Sent it back months ago and still not approved (another RFE after for marraige cert., which WAS in our packet). I hope you have better luck.

I think that they maybe send those border packets to the wrong places and never meet up with the I-485s.

Here is the thing...if anything goes wrong, your fault, their fault, anyones fault...it becomes YOUR problem. Sucks, but true. I would say get another medical. It iwll be the cheapest, fastest and easiest thing that happens to you today.

Oh, man, sorry. That sucks. I probably would go ahead and do another medical-- by the time you manage to determine anything with fighting back you could probably have had the medical done and sent in, filed, etc.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

My stepdaughters had to do a medical 2 weeks ago because USCIS said it wasn't in the brown envelope. But it was when we gave it at POE. It's not our fault they lose things so often, but we end up paying for it (money, time, stress, etc).

Just do the medical. Find the cheapest CS in your area and do it.
