Timeline

Pa tu potvrdu da je slobodna za udaju moze da izvadi u Americkoj ambasadi u Beogradu za manje od 50tak dolara. Ostalo neznam jer za vrjeme moje udaje nisam bila citizen pa sam koristila Hrvatski Pasos, moj izvod iz maticne knjige rodjeni, i jedan od rodjaka je izjavio da sam slobodna za udaju.

ja ipak ne bih toliko da rizikujem i da ona dodje iz New Jersey-a bez te dozvole pa da onda budemo na milost i nemilost nekom sluzbeniku iz americke ambasade ili nekom maticaru iz opstine, jer se ne zenim zbog zelene karte vec zato sto je volim, a ziveti bi mogli bilo gde na planeti, amerika i ako dodjem do nje bice samo privremeno staniste...u svakom slucaju hvala, molio bih ako jos neko zna nesto o tome koja institucija u AMERICI izdaje tu famoznu potvrdu ili dozvolu...

Potvrda da je neko slobodan za brak u AMERICI SE NE IZDAJE - fino u americku ambasadu u BG, plati koliko treba i dobije isti dan zajedno sa prevodom na lokalni jezik. Drugog nacina nema.

Tako je bilo i sa mojim muzem, fino isao u ambasadu za vrijeme kada rade sa americkim drzavljaninima i nakon pola sata i placanja koliko treba (ima na svakoj stranici ambasade cijena konzularnih usluga) i dosao sa engleskim i bosanskim dokumentom da je slobodan za vjencanje.

Dalje, posto je naturalizovani drzavljanin, nijedan americki ured nece imati njen rodni list - iz meksika joj treba rodni list sa apostilleom (u americi to izdaje sekretar svake savezne drzave, ne znam kako je u Mexiku).

Milimelo imam pitanje za tebe ako budes znala odgovor. Na mom vjencanom listu pise da mi je mjesto boravka hrvatska jer za vrjeme udaje sam koristila hrvatski pasos pa je maticar napisa adresu koja je u tom pasosu (na njoj niko nije zivio od 95te. Dali ce ovo sto sam napisala praviti problem za mog muza da dodje ovamo?

Ne bi trebalo - ako pitaju, fino muz objasni da tada jos nisi imala americki pasos i koristila si hrvatski (tako je i bilo ako se dobro sjecam?).

Niko ti nece gledati cekove - ja i sad koristim one sa starom adresom - prosli bez problema.

Ma ja uvek imam nesto da zakomplikujem,a koliko ukapirah ja sam ponovo osudjena na Vermont.Malo sam zaribala u odnosu na pre dve godine pa da se ipak malo ranije vratim u formu.

cao cure i ja da se javim. Poslala sam aplikaciju 29 Decembra a vec januara 4 sam dobila email da im je stigla aplikacija i ovaj case number. To je to za sad posto sam u srbiji odo malo da uzivam napolju u hladnoci.

Pozdrav svima!

Imam jedno pitanje: uskoro bi trebalo da otputujem u USA na verenicku vizu. Htela sam da kupim kartu preko jedne agencije u USA i tamosnji sluzbenik mi je rekao da moram kupiti povratnu kartu, da u suprotnom necu moci izaci iz zemlje...

Kakva su vasa iskustva? Meni deluje nelogicno da kupujem povratnu kartu, a nameravam se tamo udati i ziveti...
