USCIS has some confusing timelines. I wonder if somebody here would know whether I should look at the I-485 timeline of NBC, CSC or Field Offices?

My I-485 application starts with MSC and the I-130 starts with EAC(was transferred to CSC from VSC three months ago).

Thanks Payxibka! But the NY field Office is giving a date of April 2008. That means they are sooooooooooooo far behind! And I can see people getting interview dates in three to four months. One more thing. Since I applied for I-130 in Nov 200, do you think a decision could be made on that before the I-485 interview or both have been linked for a mandatory interview?

One would think the two submissions would be together and that the I-130/I-485 could be adjudicated at the same time... but I am not sure.

Are you seeing 3-4 mos. at the NY field office?

YMMV

The Ny Field Office is showing the following for its I-485 applications:

Field Office Processing Dates for New York City NY as of: February 28, 2009 April 16, 2008

So when should I expect an interview date/Letter based on this? Any Idea?
