If I have swine flu, just sneezing to someone across the border from me is hazardous. All it takes is just one sneeze.

Someone went to the farm house of a woman and her family who were in an isolated environment in Mexico. The entire family got infected with the swine flu. Nobody knows the circumstances as to why that happened. Someone suspected that they were patient zero.
