I've been organizing our docs and I have a couple of questions:

1. I have a bunch of report cover folders that I'm using to hold chat transcripts, printed text messages, and emails. These folders are flexible and use 3 metal fasteners to hold the pages. Will these be fine? The product can be seen here: http://www.staples.com/office/supplies/p13...siness_Supplies

2. I have one folder for emails, one for chat transcripts, and one for text messages. Each folder has about 100 pages in it. Is this too much? Should I try to condense everything into one folder?

Thanks for your input.

I forgot on what do you call those black big clips that I used lol! I didn't had a hard time presenting and submitting my docus to the pre-screener and CO because it is very easy for it to get kasi nakaclip lng cya. The pre-screener window is narrow kaya malamang eh hindi magkasya ang folder mo at isa pa is magiging hassle lang kapag nakafastener pa yung papers mo sa folder kasi papaalis sau ng pre-screener isa isa ang lahat ng papers na ask nya sayo unllike kung nakaclip lang eh masmabilis.

Just my suggestion :) Good Luck on your medical :star:

Thanks for posting your pics. The binder clips are a good idea since you can easily take out pages if needed. I have a bunch of those in my desk right now.

Good organization. I am using just manila envelopes instead of binder clips. God to see you have losts of docs for your evidence. Because I am on my 2nd go around, my wife failed the last interview. But I plan on being present during interview and lets see them deny the relationship with 5 years worth of phone bills, emails, and letters. Good luck.

Did you not have enough evidence the first time around? I've been thinking about reducing the amount of emails, texts and IM transcripts just to make things more compact, but maybe it's good to keep things the way they are. I have about 100 pages per folder.

Hi K1couple, what I did on my chatlogs was I only printed out 1 conversation per week. Then I also had screenshots of the summary of our conversations. But you know what, I think you are fine with what you have now :)
