Did you AOS?

Go ahead and get a lawyer.

Try to use your wife Credit Card and she will be liable for half the charges

Circle your wagon and try to get all you can get, do not try to be the nice guy and let her off easy

Stick it too her as hard as you can, and get all you can

Cuz trust me it happens to the man in the divorce all the time.

Do I get the impression that someone has burned the TCO? Some people deserve it.

I just post what I have seen over my lifetime.

I also post about guys getting the short end of the stick in Child Custody, I don't have children.

In USA the man fights an uphill battle when it comes to Divorce, Child Custody

It just is what it is...........

Not all cases are as you describe. You've only seen one side of it. My ex did NOT get the short end of the stick when it came to divorce and child support. He makes three times what I do in salary and pays only a small amount of CS monthly...for a child with special needs I might add. He also went 13 months without paying a dime. He got the house too. So, does that sound like a man who got the short end of the stick? Do you think this was right? My daughter didn't ask to be born with special needs. I didn't ask to be treated like sh*t either. Do you think that was right too?

Maybe you need to listen to the OTHER side of the story....it might open your eyes wide.

Need answers to Bobby's questions to help the OP. Not a bunch of BS about who sticks it to who! :bonk:

If he has a GC he can go ahead and file to remove conditions after final divorce. If he can prove he married in good faith he'll be OK and he'll get a 10 GC.

If no 2 year GC he needs a lawyer.

I agree but sometimes comments like TCO's grate on my nerve. I'm sorry for offending anyone.
