hi friends i filed my 751 on 04/14/09 .i have been waiting for any reply from them csc but never got one . the check is not cashed yet too . got any idea for me ?help will be appreciated.

Relax...I filed around the same time as you and I am still waiting as well.

April 15th 2009: Package received at CSC

April 27th 2009: Check Cashed

May 15th 2009: Received Biometrics Notice

May 18th 2009: NOA1 finally showed up

May 30th 2009: Biometrics Appointment

June 13th 2009: Received RFE

June 16th 2009: Sent RFE to CSC

June 17th 2009: CSC Received RFE

July 15th 2009: CRIS email : card production ordered

July 20th 2009: CRIS email : approval notice sent

July 23rd 2009: Received 10 Year Green Card!

yup same here, (see my time line)... good thing there's a pattern here... coz i know around feb and march they sent you noa1 right away... and now seems like there's a huge different. delays :blush:

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Do not worry the CIS is quick with cashing payments, after which youll get the NOA extension followed by the biometrics. Since you have a waiver case you must be prepared to wait one year plus. With regards to your situation do expect to be called for an interview, and take an immigration lawyer with you. When did you get your conditional green card khushi?
