Hello, I am almost ready to mail out my AOS documents (from F-1), but I have one last question...

I want my new last name (my husband's family name) on my green card, but I am wondering if it would be ok if I put my new name on the forms without any ID related documents with that name. I am getting worried because my old name (maiden) is still on pretty much anything, including my passport, I-94, I-20s, and visa. We recently opened a joint bank account with my new name, but that's about it. Is this going to be a problem?

Any comment would be appreciated!!

Thanks so much in advance.

You can use your married name to fill out those form coz' you will submit a copy of your marriage certificate as one of the requirement in filing AOS.
