PF Chang's Dali Chicken

Hi! Hubby & I went to lunch at PF Chang's today. We ordered the Dali Chicken...it was delicious! Any ideas how to make it at home?

I think the sauce is my biggest challenge. Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

Charles! I thought I had a REAL answer!

I don't like the idea of prison, so I think I'll pass on the suggestion. But, maybe next time I will have get extra chatty and ask to speak with the chef if we go when its kinda slow.

Thanks GaryC! Its not the one I was looking, but I do like Chang's spicy chicken. I'll have to make it at home now that I have the recipe. Lol. I saw that I'm not the only person out there search in search of Dali Chicken.

Does the menu have a description? I can probably figure out the recipe. It would be easier if I'd actually ate it

Yeah, the description is horrible: " Our spiciest chicken dish served with potatoes"

I think its just chicken, potatoes, black and white sesame seeds, and leeks, with the chili sauce and a few chili peppers.

hmmm...the description doesn't really help since I've never had it. I have a friend who works at one in Cali. I'll send him an email and see what I can find out.
