Hello All,

I did file I-130 form to chicago lockbox, i am getting ready my docs for I-129F to send..

my question is, if in case we recieved Approved I-129F..Which affidavit of support i will prepare for Her when she get the interview in the US embassy in manila.. I-134 or I-864?

You will have to contact the embassy to which one they want.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

For a K3 visa interview the I-134 is used. For a CR1, it's the I-864. Please think long and hard about whether to file the I-129F at all. After you think, just don't do it.
