How did you send your RFE back, express mail? What address did you use? Is the RFE you recieved the same one scanned in the pinned post in the IMBRA section?

I sent mine using the usps and the return reciept. I paid only $4.50. I sent it yesterday at 6.11 pm and i tracked it this morning, it's on the and should get there on monday morning according to usps tracking device. I sent from TX. :)

Got on RFE I am Michigan, and my NOA1 4-17-06. That took a while. For those who have not got their's. I hope you get them soon.

Sent it back out today.

I have a question, all of you that have already got your RFE. Have you been touched when they get the RFE back from you? I have not seen anyone post on that.

I also got 2 e-mails from them today as well. hmmmmm

02-19-2006: Met Liliya in her home city Tashkent, Uzbekistan

03-03-2006: Proposed (day before I left)

04-12-2006: I-129F Sent to NSC

04-17-2006: I-129 NSC received (NOA1)

06-01-2006: I-129F transfer from NSC to CSC

06-02-2006: I-129F CSC must have received I-129F's

07-03-2006: Touched (RFE e-mail notice that it was sent, Received it, Sent it back) all in the same day

07-04-2006: Touched (worked on the 4th of July????)

07-05-2006: Touched (at 9:53am est, little early for CSC hmmmmm)

07-17-2006: Touched (and E-mail saying they have recieved my RFE)

10-21-2006: Touched (hmmmm something wrong with how long it has taken them?)

10-23-2006: Touched (hmmmm maybe my calls once a week to congressmen and senators office helped?)

10-25-2006: Touched at 9:30 est (kinda early for the CSC hmmm, I think they are messing with me now)

looks like they sent the NOA2 on this day

10-28-2006: Received Snail mail for NOA2 on 10-23-2006 (why didn't they update the web site)

11-02-2006: 5 emails saying approved I-129f ???huh??

Same here Joe... 2 emails said they sent the RFE on 6-23... it was postmarkd 6-27, I received it 7-1. Mailed it back today, 2-day, delivery confirmation requested, USPS.... we'll see...

Didn't want to hijack Gary's thread - I spoke to Senator O'Bama's office today. They called CSC and were told that RFEs were sent out on Friday June 23. Why they didn't update the online status or send us emails is unclear.

I also asked about the processing order for petitions that were transferred from Nebraska to California - she said they are being handled in some specialized manner - I believe set aside into a separate group and processed as the RFEs come in. She wasn't 100% sure on what they are doing but they say they are going by NOA1 date.

So fingers crossed that it arrives BEFORE I leave on Friday!

I too had my petition transfered from Neb. to CSC. I recieved my RFE saturday, but noticed my online status did not change until this morning. We sent in our application 3-15-06. thanks for the info!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Mine was post marked Jun 29 and said it was sent on Jun 23. Mailed mine back prority. Lady at the Post Office said maybe Wednesday. Crossing my fingers and hopeing that we all are done quickly.

undefined Finally got the RFE in the mial today!!! So first thing Wed morning I am sending this FEd EX back to California!! Hopefully the NOA2 will be soon to follow!! :thumbs::thumbs:

3/21/06 I-129F sent to NSC

3/24/06 NOA1

3/28/06 Touched

6/1/06 Case transfered to California Office

6/2/06 Touched

6/9/06 Received 2nd letter from NSC telling me that my case as been transefered

6/14/06 Received 3 emails today saying that CSC has my application

i got touched when they sent me an email of receipt of the RFE (june 30). i sent mine back on the 28th when i received it, they got it on the 29th but i didnt get touched that day. and after that i got touched again.(july3)

04-29-09 Received NOA1

08-17-09 Approved

08-20-09 NOA2 Received

08-26-09 NVC Received

08-27-09 Case Number Assigned

Something weird happend today. My lawyer emailed me on thursday of last week telling me that my RFE came in. He sent it to me and I got it on friday. It was a white paper that looked like a fax with the question pages (2). I filled it out and sent it in. Today my lawer calls me and said that he got another one! This time it was a blue one. He said he sent it to me and said it would be best if I send this one in because it looked like the original. When I got home today from seeing my family for the weekend what do I see in my mailbox? ANOTHER BLUE RFE!!! Wow! I don't know what to think. The 3 RFE are the same except the first one was a copy on white paper. I will send the one I got in the mail today on wed. Anyone else get a white one first followed by a blue one????

Oh yeah, All three had the same questionair in them.

All postmarked the same???

That is strange. Haven't come across anyone posting a similar experience. Will keep my eyes open.

Nope, this last one has a June 29 postmark, the one my lawyer sent me had a June 23 date.

I also finally got the email from the csc telling me they sent the RFE. Didn't get a email from the first one.
