Have you changed your address since the time when you sent your I-751?

Also, probably they want to be sure you are still together, so they want you to send updated information: the newest bills, tax returns, etc.

We haven't moved since we filed the I-751 in Jan 2008. We are going to flood immigration with so much evidence they won't know what hit them.

There you go! Good luck to you. It could be that because it has been 15 months (which sucks!) that they just want evidence that makes up the difference between then and now.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I bet they lost your whole file for the I-751. Have you noticed that Southern States do not get approvals as fast as Northern States....Time to call your Senator...

I just gotta shake my head. It took the lames 15 months to send an RFE?!! Im so sorry you have had to go through this mess. I can't imagine how you are feeling.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

A little more details help us help you. What are the main sticking points of the RFE? CO likes to see smiling pics of the couple together, for one thing.

If you want to live in UK - move, bast it on your choices and requirements.

US is not the best country in the world, no matter what people say. Its low on health care - (About #37) it's low on cleanest countries in the world - #39. You make the choice based on your requirements - its not the best country in the world for most people but its the best they can manage to live in. Good Luck

Yeah! I feel for you...it's getting anoying big time to deal with their freaking demands and waiting...Sometimes it makes me want to go back to my country too. But that's probably what they want, you know, they play with your mind until you want to give up. But let me tell you something; You are too close to the end to give up! you are almost there! be a little more patient and tell yourself that you are both together, you are able to work, travel and live normal lives...so what's the big deal? all this will come to an end eventualy, so like the book said; Don't sweat the small stuff! I know I'm trying not to:)
