Yes I believe there is a sattelite chanel you can purchase with your provider. I think it's TV5 Monde.

I was thinking about the regular channels like TF1, France 2, France 3 ... is there a possibility to get them?

You may want to look into streaming it to your computer: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-wat...or-free-Legall/

... you may need to use a proxy for some channels...

Otherwise, you I am able to get shows from http://www.anytvplayer.com/ - but there's not many French channels (that are working).

I've never found French TV channels in the US and I've been here since 2004 pretty much.

Except TV5 but i dont think it's french. (belgian?)

Once and a while you'll see French movies on the channel IFC
