Change of Bene's Address

What if the Beneficiary's address you wrote on the I-129F isn't right? Like they moved? Or you realized that they can't receive mail at the address you provided?

I have an alternative address, a P.O. Box, but what would be the best way to notify USCIS of the change? Also is this even neccessary? What will he need to receive in the mail?

I'm early in the process but I'd like to get this taken care of ASAP. I was under the impression before that all papers would be sent to me first. And then if neccessary I would send them to him. But if this is a problem I'd rather get it straightened out now.

Thanks!

I was in the same situation, I waited till it went to the embassy and they never really needed it changed, since Ankara does everything via email and electronic downloading off their site.

The embassy contacted both of us via email - I only recieved mail from USCIS and NVC. (NOA/and letter stating they were sending the petition to the embassy)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I'm wondering if I should just contact them about the new address and try to change it. E-mail and Snail mail. Just to make sure. I don't want them sending him something in the mail and it getting lost.
