what is the CFO seminar that you have to have to get passport/visa and where do you attend the seminar.

My wife is in Bislig City, Philippines.

Hi Riggs,

Some DFA Office require to have a CFO seminar before she get can a passport especially if she put their as fiance visa as her purpose so maybe it's better if she just can check as tourist as her purpose of getting a passport.. She can attend that seminar after she gets the visa or when she's in manila while she is having her medical, the less cost too, she can do it at the same time. I hope this helps..

I took my CFO seminar in Cebu. It's a must for K-1 VISA. You're fiancee can take the seminar before or after she will get the visa.
