Well we applied for a tourist visa for my wife's younger sister in Quito, Ecuador. They said because she's 14 she has to travel with both parents to the USA.

1) Does anyone know when she would be able to travel by herself?

2) Does she really need both parents to travel to the USA with her?

3) Could my wife or myself, or both of us travel to USA with her?

Thank You for any help!!! I can't find any info anywhere!!!

Who told you she needed both parents to travel?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Small children travel alone all the time, I know BA advertises its service.

But you did not apply for her visa, you can not.
