I wanted to file a I 129f and marry in the usa..However my girfriends family wants to see her married in Colombia..So The I 129 F is not used at all in the process to bring her to the usa is it? Because they now ask questions about your criminal history which I have from 20 years ago..But on the I 130 they do not ask this about me..So it works out better than I guess because I do not have to supply or explain the criminal history from 20 years ago.Is this correct?
