I think Knightsbridge only deal with medicals for visas.

When you call just say it is a medical for K1, they will ask for your LND number.

cool, thanks for the quick reply :D

Just another quick note :)

The doctor might confirm with you if your visa is for K-1 or K-3 because the vaccination requirements are mandatory for K-3 prior to the interview, but as for K-1, you can leave them for adjustment of status of the USA after entry. Even though, it is up to you, you can get the vaccinations done with your GP and then take that record to the Medical, or you can get them done at the Medical itself before the interview or leave them for a CS here in the USA.

Thanks again guys :) got it all booked for 8th May.. my interview is on 7th May, that's fine isn't it? .. also, when on the phone they didn't verify any payment .. is it okay still?

So long as the interview goes well, which I have no reason to believe it won't, your visa will be approved pending medical results. Medical results take about 4 business days to get to the embassy, so that will delay the return of your passport with visa for a few days.

For example, my husband had medical & interview on the same day - a Monday. His passport was delivered to him the following Tuesday.

oh yeah.. also, is the appointment letter from the united states embassy for the medical, just the letter they sent for the interview.. i have no medical appointment letter, just the interview letter and telling me to book a medical.

You have things exactly as they should be. You book the medical, the embassy books your interview, so that's the only appointment letter you gut.

yay! thank you so much :) no more worrying about that then + one last quick thing.. do they take the appointment letter off of me at the embassy? will i have to ask for it back or anything for the medical?

You don't need the letter for the medical, you do need it to enter the embassy for your interview.
