Hey guys my fiance is having his intreview soon at delhi embassy, any adivce???

Known each other since we were kids ! =]

08/24/08-Engaged

01/10/2009- Sent

01/12/2009-NOA1

03/17/09- NOA2

03/25/09- NVC recieved

3/26/09- Forwarded to New Delhi Embassy

4/6/09- Packet 3 sent

4/8/09- Sent packet 3 to embassy

4/13/09-Embassy Sent packet 4

4/20/09- Recieved packet 4

4/25/09- Medical - passed =]

5/04-09- Gave paperwork to VFS

5/14/09- Intreview

Approved!!!!!!!!!!

5/26/09- POE at SFO

Hi Lovica... congratulations!!!

I don't have any advice because we are still waiting for our interview date at new delhi. You and I have very similar timelines. My petition reached embassy on April 6th... we mailed in packet three on April 13th.

The consulate has not posted May interview dates online yet... but I'm seeing other people with May dates. Do you think I missed the cut off... will we probably get June? Any advice?

04/25/2008: I-130 APPROVED.

06/04/2008: Came to know about Visa Journey.com.

07/02/2008: CASE COMPLETED.

07/14/2008: Case transferred to Mumbai.

08/27/2008: Interview - Visa Approved

09/03/2008: POE-Chicago

09/04/2008: Applied for SSN

09/11/2008: Received SSN

10/27/2008: Received "Welcome Letter"

11/04/2008: USCIS mailed the approval notice

11/06/2008: Green Card Received !!!

I-751 Timeline

07/02/2010: I-751 mailed to CSC

07/06/2010: CSC received I-751 application

07/06/2010: Check cashed

07/09/2010: CSC mailed the NOA1. Dated: 07/06/2010

4-08-2009 - Received visa!!!

5-09-2009 - Wedding

That would be my only advice.I'm positive that my husband recieved his visa because I attended the interview.If it's at all possible for you to go I strongly advise it.I wish you well in whatever you choose to do.

i cant go =[, due to my job. but my fiance is very talkative he can talk all day, i have real confidence in him!
