a lawyer letter for mycase please someone help me

hi im very fustarated and i miss my wifey i have sended and expedite reason is we lost our first baby and they declined i was talking to my laywer and she wroote a letter and telling them that i sended my petition on nov 2 2009 and then got my case number on nov 7 then waited two months then transfered to csc on jan. 11 2009 why my 2 months of november and december is meaningless doesnt count cuz my case doesnt strate until jan 11 then i can count 180 days basically them 2 months were delays she wrote if they dont reply then i will be forced to contact my state senator and their state sanetor that their response is promp. and its requested.my laywer said they might work on it or transfer it to my district office basically my case been sitting on there desks without no touches or anything from them and my cousins that applied after me got approved already. has anyone done this before what happen please im soo worried. what would happen when they transferred or has anyone got theres transfered to there district office how long did it take please some one help me

you can basically ask your Senator to help expedite your case on May, counting from Nov-May.. that's 6 months and you're already considered beyond timeframe case.

thanks i know but they didnt count november and december they transfered my case on january 11 and they said thats when my case start its 6 month journey meaning nov and dec when it was at vermont is meaningless doesnt count thats why my lawyer wrote them a letter threatneing why for that 2 month delay if they dont answer i will contact my senator im scared if they would transfer my case to a local branch and what would happen
