Hello Everyone… I need help. The USEM is asking my fiancé to submit all his Philippine and U.S. bank statements from so and so years.

My fiancé does not have any Philippine and U.S. bank account at all He never had one. Last year they had requested this already now they are asking us to submit it again. When we submitted it we just said that my fiancé certifies that he does not have any Philippine and U.S. bank statements. We had this notarized… What else should we be doing beside this? I’m so tired of them doing the run around... They are just delaying this process. And I can’t take it anymore…

Do they expect me to go each bank here in America to get a statement that he does not have any bank accounts… Any advice what we should do? I was thinking of putting a statement stating that I Pinaylang Swore that my fiancé does not have any bank statements in the U.S. and Philippines and have it notarize here in California. What do you guys think? Any opinions??? I mean what can we do if he doesn’t have it…

Maybe they are asking for credit checks.. you can actually go Online and get it online..he doesn't have Visa or Mastercard? What about Mortgage or Car insurance? Philippine statements is Joint account of your name and his.. you can open one at Banco de Oro and add his name in Dollar Account..

Are they checking for income?

Or are they checking for dismissed credit or financial issues?

Was there any clarifications on why they need these?

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI
