Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Can I add Venezuela to this list, Caracas is one of our cities.

"Venezuela. Political tension and a widening gap between the high and low classes (the middle class is thinning tremendously) are to blame for this country's ridiculously high crime rates. Homicide has skyrocketed by 67% since Hugo Chavez took office in 1999. It has one of the highest gun-related deaths in the world, categorizing it as one of the most dangerous nations in Latin America and the world. Corrupt law enforcement does not do much to keep civil order, as many policemen themselves are delinquents in uniform. This causes victim citizens to take orders into their own hands. Hitmen can be hired for as little as $20. People are shot and killed for petty reasons such as dirty looks and insults. Murders in Venezuela average 5 per day in a nation of 25.6 million."

Surprised that Chavez doesn't brag about this.

In the mid 1990s when I was in middle school I went to Caracas for a family vacation. All I remember is that at the time it was the murder capital of the world and that the city was not safe. We left Caracas and flew to Margarita Island and stayed at a beautiful 5-star resort......

Thank God I graduated college this last week and don't have to drive through that city anymore to get to school. But the last time I drove through I saw a hilarious billboard that I thought was very ghetto and suitable for Detroit. I couldn't find an exact picture but the billboard said "GET YOUR BLING ON WITH" and underneath said "MASTER P-NUT"? Basically the same as below without the people. Master P
