Hi VJ members. I am about to send my AOS application and me and my husband just moved into another apartment. The address that I used on my K3 visa application is the old address. Is it ok to use my new address instead of the old one? My husband's uncle still lives in our old address but we want to receive NOA on our new address. Will there be any problem using our new address? What are you inputs about this? Thanks for your answers in advance...

God bless you all :D

Filed: AOS (pnd) Country: Philippines
Timeline

your new address seems fine if you are staying there while your AOS is on process.USCIS will be sending you many updates ( NOA's, Biometric appointment, AOS interview appointment, Approval notices, etc.) through mail so just be mindful about that.

Eternally destined,

You can use your new address once you filed your change of address. But if you are sure you still will receive it in your old address then it is fine. I would suggest using your old then file change of address ..they will send it to your new address.

Can I use a mailing address which is different from the address where I am staying now? Me and my husband just recently moved into a new apartment. We dont have keys for our mailbox yet. So is it ok to put the address on all forms for the mailing address? I am confused... I checked all the forms, it require an address...so is it ok to put mailing address instead of my home address? Thank you so much for your answers...
