p.s. How long some of you needed to wait from BIO to interview? I know it will take a while but just wonder...! :)

...i guess i am getting to excited! shoul get ready for months of waiting!

May 13th, 2005 (day 9)- NOA1 in the mail!!!!!!!

July 27th, 2005 (day 79) NOA2 in 13 wonderful e-mails![/b]

September 9th, 2005 (day 99) Packet 4 received@the 12th) :-D GREAT!!!!!!

September 19th,2005 MEDICAL COMPLETED!

! ! ! K-1 INTERVIEW - Oct. 3rd, 2005 ! ! ! ! ! !

Nov 22, 2005 OLA back in USA!!!!!!!! :-D

June 9th, 2006 - AOS & EAD applications send to Chicago's lockbox :D FINALLY

June 23rd, 2006 - NOA for AOS & EAD received :D

June 26th, 2006 - received Biometrics' Appointment

July 7th, 2006 - BIOMETRICS

August 28, 2006 - INTERVIEW ! ! ! GREEN CARD on it's way! STAMP in Passport! YEAH!

it took 3 1/2 months to the interview after biometrics.

You should get the interview notice 1 1/2 month after the biometrics.

They will take a picture of you there, which will be on your green card later so don't make the same

mistaka as me, mine looks bad, I didn't know...

October 30, 2005 - Married in Vegas

December 27, 2005 - EAD, AP, AOS mailed

January 4, 2006 - received in Chicago

January 27, 2006 - RFE for medical received

February 13, 2006 - Medical received

February 15, 2006 - Biometrics appointment at 10 am

March 1, 2006 - AP touched

March 4, 2006 - AP received

March 8, 2006 - EAD received

March 29, 2006 - interview notice received - May 31, 2006

May 31, 2006 - Successful interview!!! Approved

June 12, 2006 - Green card received

Feb 28, 2008 - will be sending removal of conditions docs.

Sept. 30, 2009- NVC recieved and assigned case number

Oct. 02, 2009 - DS-3032 and AOS Bill sent

Oct. 06,2009 - Recieved DS-3032 and AOS bill (email)

Oct. 07,2009- AOS Bill Paid and sent DS-3032 (email)

Oct. 29,2009-check cashed & status change to "PAID", DS-3032 accepted

Nov. 02,2009-Sent DS-230 package

Nov. 04,2009- AVR status says I'm missing docs (DS-230)

Nov. 04,2009-NVC recieved DS-230 package

Nov. 09,2009-AVR status: "NVC recieved checklist response on 11-09-2009

Nov. 19,2009- CASE COMPLETED(10 days!!!)

Jan. 05,2010 - INTERVIEW

Jan. 20,2010 - US Entry!!!
