I got e-mail from CRIS at exactly midnight that our petition was approved! Yay! So I will read all the posts n guides n shortcuts, but anyone wanna tell me what I should be preparing or getting together right now? What is the very next step? I'm so nervous!

Read the NVC process threads on VJ WIKI and here is the state website link

These should give u pretty insight of the NVC process.After u get assigned ur case number,u can tell ur spouse to get police certificates as they do take about 10-15 days (especially these days as things are pretty unpredictable there)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Hello guys..

My husband applied for my I-130 petition and he got NOA1 on April 14th and now the USCIS case status says that my papers are in National Benefits Center in Missouri. Does anyone of you have idea what the NBC does and why my papers are transfered there..

Would appreciate if you guys let me know something about it...
