Each form (I-485, I-765, etc) requires its own evidence/supporting document/photos. Even though you're sending them together, they are not judged together.

NO, as long as the pictures are of the same person they can be different.

Since two are required for each application, the two submitted for each individual application must be identical... Since you are submitting 3 separate applications then they could be from different sittings... but this is not that hard, just go to Walgreens, COSTCO, CVS, Walmart, etc... and get six made from one sitting
