Received approval letter today, that showed an approval date of 04/17/09, and was post marked 04/21/09. :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

Though I initially filed at VSC, it was transferred to CSC, but the approval letter came from VSC! :unsure:

USCIS... what can you say?! :whistle:

12-06-05: NOA1

03-02-06: NOA2

03-23-06: Interview Date May 16

05-17-06: K-1 Visa Issued

05-20-06: Arrived at POE, Honolulu

09-08-06: Biometrics Appointment

It probably will come from VSC, but I'll let you know. The transfer letter came from VSC as well.

Straight from the horse's mouth, USCIS FAQ's:

"Our efforts to enter these applications into our systems have caused a delay in the transfer of information from our case control system to the Case Status Online system. We are experiencing delays of up to 3 to 4 weeks between receipting your application and its status being available www.uscis.gov."

So basically yeah, too much effort on their part! :D
