Hey everyone!

I have read about process times for the I130 and the I129F filed at the Vermont service center. On May 3rd, it has exactly been 6 months since they reciecved our applications, which means we should be hearing something soon.

The question is now, should I start getting everything together or just wait for the letter with the Visa interview? I know there is some kind of doctors appiontment and other things you have to go through... can I do that now? Can anyone give me some advice?

I cannot wait for my hubbie to come and get me so we can fly home together!! Gah, I miss him so much!

A big hug of encouragement to all of you! Soon!!! :)

Sure - start now.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
