Is it better to get a one way ticket or round trip ticket for my fiance when she leaves the Philippines. One way tickets are almost as expensive as a two way ticket. Since she will be leaving on a 90 day fiance visa, I was thinking that immigration will want her to have a roundtrip ticket because the 90 fiance visa implies a return trip if we don't get married (not likely). I think if I get her a round trip ticket, which is cheaper than a one way ticket, I can call the airlines after she arrives in the states and ask them to credit the return flight for a future date when she will be traveling back to the Philippines to visit her family. Anybody else have any ideas on this? Appreciate any replies. Thanks. LeeMalbog

One-way or Round Trip - doesn't matter (either is fine). Similar to driving into the US from Canada/Mexico - they don't ask if you have enough gas to return.

*Good luck getting a credit for an unsed portion of a R/T ticket from the airlines...

Either is fine, buy whichever is cheaper.

A K-1 has IMMIGRANT intent so do not need to show, or are required to have a return ticket. A K-1 marries and can remain indefinitely after the I-94 expires.

Also how can you predict when she will have AP document, or a green-card which will allow her to leave the USA? A K-1 is a single entry visa, so CANNOT leave the USA and return unless they have AP doc or green-card. If they leave the USA without the AP or Green-card they will not be able to return, and if AOS is in process, this will be canceled, and you will need to apply for a spousal visa.
