touched, then not touched

Well, our online status has not changed or been touched since 4/1/08, so I looked yesterday, the date changed to 2/28/2009. Still pending, but a "touched" date. I call my DH to let him know someone is working the case. I get home to show him, and the touched date is gone. Ummm he thinks I am nuts!!lol Has anyone had a similar experience. I really hope they are reviewing my supporting docs, I sent enough of them!
