33. Do You Intend To Study in The U.S.

I plan on finding employment for the first year or two whilst we get settled and my AOS comes though, but after this time I plan on going to a community college then onto a university for Civil Engineering.

Do I answer Yes to this question and add an explanation of my plans with the area for the address? Same with 32. Do You Intend To Work in The U.S, should I simply put Yes and "Employer Unknown".

Final question, my parents will be travelling with me but on I-94Ws. 34. Names and Relationships of Persons Traveling With You , I presume I answer this as No, because they will be going through immigration as their own party and I will be going through alone.

Thanks for any help guys, just got my packet 3 today :D

Martin.

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

Good luck

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

Martin.

I had the same doubts with this, as well as other forms. Here's the thread where I was given some advice.

I wrote that I might study sometime in the future, that I intend to work as soon as I get my authorization and the field about people traveling with me I left blank (as well as some other ones that were referring to things that were, at the point of my interview, unclear or not yet decided on - for instance, I of course couldn't tell how long I'd be staying in the US, so instead of typing 'forever' or the like, I left it blank). I had no problems at all with these 'blanks', all I did was warn the CO about them, so they wouldn't be surprised and - they were perfectly fine with it. They said DS-156 was a general form, anyway, and that many of the questions on it simply didn't apply to K visas at all.
