Buying Fiance a plane ticket

I want to buy my fiance a plane ticket to the USA using my credit card. What is the best way to do this? I am going to wait after her interview (On May 5th) and she has her Visa and she is done with the CFO. I want to buy it using a travel agent over here in the USA. I want them to put it in her name though. Will they give her trouble at the airport? What can I do about this?

It is best to buy her ticket once she has visa on hand :)

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

PAL sometimes wants a copy of your receipt

Why don't you Send her Some Money and let her find a killer deal on AirFare.

Airfare changes on a daily basis.

A couple of weeks ago you could get round trip from PI to USA for $700

Why don't you Send her Some Money and let her find a killer deal on AirFare.

Airfare changes on a daily basis.

A couple of weeks ago you could get round trip from PI to USA for $700

Sounds great. She can go to a travel agent over there and just pay cash? How does she get a deal on Airfare without a credit card?

Put it on credit card. If your broke, then use the Credit Cards money.

Fax/scan or email her copy of "Purchase of Ticket".

Hi,

You can purchase a E-TICKET online on her name on the ticket...

I used E-Ticket, my husband purchased it to travelocity.com by a credit card and then they send my e-ticket online, i printed it and thats the one i showed in the airport.

04.20.2009 : Received Date

05.05.2009 : Received NOA from USCIS

07.28.2009 : Biometrics Appointment

08.04.2009 : EAD Card REceived in mail

AOS:

02.22.2010 : Mailed AOS Application via USPS Express Mail

02.23.2010 : Received date (Chicago Lockbox)

03.02.2010 : Received NOA

03.25.2010 : Biometrics Appointment

05.14.2010 : Interview [Passed!!! Yahoo! Thank God :)]

06.12.2010 : Green Card Received
