question about interview locations

HI

On my K1 application i requested my application be forwarded to the Consulate in Toronto (pending NOA2 approval) and my question is why is it that on all of the Canadian beneficiaries time lines all i see are Montreal interviews. has anyone interviewed in Toronto? is it even possible?

i know i have a long wait yet but i'm just curious

Montreal and Vancover are the two consulates that process K1, so you won't be able to interview in Toronto.

Don't worry about you 129F, USCIS will automatically send the application to the correct consulate.

I put Toronto on my application as well, thinking they processed K-1 visas there, but unfortunately they do not. If you're in Ontario, you will be interviewing in Montreal. Montreal has improved their interview wait times, so after you send back your packet 3 you will probably receive a date 2-3 months later. Good luck with your approval! We got our approval from CSC in under 100 days.

thank you, i was worried when i put Toronto but as long as they work it out. I've also never been to Montreal so that's exciting.
