We traveled 2.5 hours two times to Wichita for biometrics. Now several months later we received a letter stating that the fingerprints are illegible for the 2nd time and that we need to send additional documentation before July 11. We need to get a "Certification of good conduct".The letter says: "provide a letter issued by the local law enforcement agency (County sherrifs office or local police department) indicating the applicant had "no criminal record". The record should include all the aliases the applicant may have used in the past. A separate letter is required for each law enfocrcement district abroad(if applicable) and in the United States in which the applicant has resided during the previous 5 years.

Exactly what do we need to do abroad? Does she need any letter from Peru? She already went to all the trouble to get judicial and criminal and Police certificates when she was applying for the K1 Visa. She still has photocopies of these.

Why would she need those again?

I would just send in the same photocopies again. It's a form letter so it's not taking into account that she already submitted the foreign docs with her K1.
