Hi,

I have filed an I30 through my mother who is a US citizen back in 2005 and it is approved, I was single then, Now I am going to marry a girl from Canada who is a citizen. I am originally from Afghanistan.

If I get married what happens to my case? Will it extend even further?

At the same time I have to be in status while living in USA, I have a pending case H1b To F1, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

What happens if I go and marry my girl in Canada? How will my case be dealt with in USA? What will happen to it?

I really wanna be in USA, the reason I have a house, I have a living really with this economy if I sell my house it will be gone for cheap ..

I am a little lost here so please help.
