Just to let everyone know

we just learned through our Congressman's office today

that both my waivers ( I-601 & I-212 ) were denied

we are now trying to find out the basis for the denial since Vermont had made this decision on May 23rd

and have yet to notify us.

we are in shock and do not know what our next move will be

they have had our waiver for 17 months and now they deny it!!!

OMG, I just read your story - that lawyer of yours ought to be hung by his toes! I'm sorry you've had to go through all of this. I hope their is some kind of legal recourse you can take against that hack of a lawyer.
