we are still in shock and decided to take a few days before we made any decisions....we will file a motion to reconsider once the @+*&%$ ever decide to notify us with the denial and the basis for it.

I could rant for hours on how inhumane we have been treated by this system...and do not understand why in heck it took 17 months to deny...we had alot of congressional pushing on our case from our Congressman in NJ and the Congressional unit in Vermont and Washington

perhaps that worked against us....at this point who knows
