Image not loading, error on VJ?

There seems to be some malicious code in the following topic:

Every time I go to that page, a window with the following pops up:

The server 68.4.152.152 at Linksys BEFSR41 requires a username and password.

Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).

Try reseting your router - it is a router issue not likely some code.

If it is malware, you can download Malwarebytes' anti malware for free. My husband, who is an IT tech uses this program at work and recommends it.

I think it is on VJ, not my system, as it only appears when I go to that forum page.

I want to be very clear and note that it is not VJ. We are not that mean as to dump malware on people .

The likely issue is that someone may have simply posted a picture (url) that is behind a password protected page. When anyone's browser tries to load it then it asks for the user name and password. I would need to find that image to remove it. If you can direct me to the page I will track it down.

Ok, it seems to be something in babykim's signature photos. I went to her profile, and got the same error window. Also, it now shows up on the second page of the topic, now that babykim has posted a reply there.

Somehow I think your router is causing this... Note the router name "Linksys BEFSR41" and the IP which seems like a residential IP (I did a reverse DNS). I am not sure what would trigger this. Do you have any parental Controls or filtering turned on in your router?

Nothing happens when I go there. I have no filtering or parental controls turned on. This only happens on pages with babykim's photos; I've never seen it before.
