Im sure this issue has been discussed many times here but it has been over 3 months since my K-1 visa application was entered into uscis' system and after NOA1 I havent heard a thing.

Hasnt been touched since 1/14/09 at the CSC.

Is this just somewhat "par for the course"?

I see you've created a timeline for yourself. According to VJ's timeline estimator which is never ever wrong - here ya go:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 24, 2008 and June 23, 2008*.

Basically, just sit tight. Three months is not at all unusual. There are people who wait 6 months and longer. There are even long suffering souls here who are well over a year. This is a long process, hence "Visa Journey". Good luck!

Oh - it was wrong on mine, by about 2 months :secret:

They did it earlier - not that I am complaining :)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
