Quick question. Do I, the petioner have to put my divorce papers in this packet? Or, only if the immigrant had a divorce?

To my knowledge this is all about the immigrant not the petitioner, is that correct?

I called the NVC about this and they said I have to include my divorce papers certified

and a copy of the old marriage certificate.

I just paid 85 dollars to get it looked up and certified

and to have it sent to me. So I dont need it? come on this is to much money to waste.

Like they said I need bank statements and after paying all the high fees for that

$250.00 if you can believe that now they say I dont need that. lost money again.

also if you are married are the forms the same you will need at the interview, as everyone else?

Can someone please help me and tell me what forms do I really need

and how far back do I need to go as far as proof of ongoing relationship?

Do they want some kind of email from everyday or like three times a month

I am a little lost here please

I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post but i am new and learning
