I would push for the death penalty :jest:

Count your losses and move on, I dont think counseling is a good idea unless there is kids involved.

Well now, being I have had it happen to me in my 2th, 5th, 7th and 8th marriage I finally choose a woman who didn't know ####### about sex. My thinking on the matter is when she see's my fully errect 2 1/2" long "tool" for the fist time she will have no prejudgement on if its big or small...she has to beleive me when I say it's normal size!!!!

All joking aside, I really do think that some people are raised to beleive that it's perfectly normal behavior. Others and this may be the vast majority of people are usually cheating because they are lacking something in their relationship at some level, be it sexual or emotional. Others like my ex wife just can't get sex enough and twice a day just isn't enough....it reminds me of this time my ex said "Give me 16" and make it hurt" so I gave it to her twice in a row and punched her in the cooter!

The purpose for a crime of passion defense is to rule out one very important element of murder: premeditation. In order for an individual to be convicted of first- or second-degree murder, he or she must have had intent. In other words, the perpetrator decided that he wanted to kill the victim, planned how to do it, then executed his plan. If there is no intent, or premeditation, the charges must be dropped to manslaughter or some other lesser charge.

But is a crime of passion a viable legal defense? Do juries actually buy the notion that a person committed serious assault or murder simply because he was enraged by jealousy? Absolutely. In fact, Texas is known as one of the states with the highest frequency of crimes of passion, as juries often sympathize with a defendant who claims to have committed a crime of passion. We can commiserate with someone who suddenly discovers that his or her spouse is involved with someone else, and can therefore justify giving the defendant a pass.

Same thing in many countries, like the Philippines.

what u gonna do? :reading: :reading: :pop: :pop:

there's this real life story I saw on TV few weeks ago wherein the groom to be found out that his bride is fooling around with the best man, what he did is he decided to keep it to himself until after the wedding ceremony, during the reception he announced that he placed a picture of the bride with the bestman under the chairs of the guest, and announced that he is divorcing her. He made his revenge by publicly humiliating the girl and the bestman plus the expenses for the wedding which was paid by the father of the bride.

In my opinion, the couple must sincerely talk about it....cuz their are reasons behind why she or he is cheating on you.Every person have weakenesses...try to get psychologist or marriage counselling.Divorce and scolding in the public is not the solution....if its really deep....then both decide

" If we could live life all over again,we would still choose each other. If we are reborn to second life, we would marry each other again,we are persons with one heart, one soul, the same dreams and aspiration."
