Thank you. With the IMBRA chaos, this important bit of news may have gotten lost. It may makes things easier for some people, who'll only need 3 times the poverty level instead of 5. And many can now pass with one tax return instead of three. The IMBRA wait may have made the eventual affidavit easier to fulfill. Silver lining?

I wish I saw that before I sent my packet last week with all the tax returns!!! Oh well! better too much than not enough
