For everyone who went through the CRBA process already, we have a few questions:

1. About the ultrasound records, did you have your OB sign them?

2. How many copies of your child's Birth Certificate did you include in the application?

3. How many notarized copy of your fiance/husband's passport visa pages did you submit with the CRBA application?

4. How soon FEDEX/Air 21 will pick up the CRBA package after calling them?

Hello. Welcome to VJ.

First, you have to call the ACS-Fedex/Air 21 (02-879-4747) courier at USEM for them to send all the application forms for your child, which will include application forms for CRBA and US passport. As soon as you already signed up all the application forms, gather all the documents listed on the application forms or they will also send you a copy of all the requirements that are being needed for the processing of your child's CRBA application and as soon as you completed all the requirements, you have to call again the ACS-Fedex/Air 21 for them to pickup the CRBA package of your child together all the documents that are being asked. ACS will contact you for your child's appointment/interview as soon as they received your application. By the way, you have to bring your child on the said appointment/interview for his/her appearance. This is so important.

Second, for your another sets of questions.

1) No need to sign up by your OB, as long as your name was indicated on the ultrasound picture, the date and other information about the pregnancy, and as far as I know, when you have your ultrasound there's another sheet of paper indicating the summary/information of the ultrasound test which is signed by the doctor who did the test.

2) Submit only one NSO birth certificate of your child. And if your married, you also have to submit your NSO marriage certificate.

3) About the notarized passport, tell your fiance/husband to photocopy all the pages of his US passport and have them notarized in US.

4) 1-2 days after your call, Fedex will pickup your CRBA package.

Hi,I just lookes at my daughter's DS-3053 copy kc pina-photocopy ko sya bago before pra meron kmi copy.

My hubby just signed the Item 4a.Then 4b for the notary person who notarized the form.

You dont need to sign the item 5 kc nag-signed naman si hubby mo sa 4a,kung hndi sana sya nagsign,ikaw ang magsign sa item 5 kc cannot obtained ang written consent nya.

Is this normal or should it appear as Shipment Delivered to ACS?

After receiving our application, how soon will ACS contact us for our child's appointment?

I SHOWED MY HUBBY'S ORIG. PASSPORT, BUT U JUST NEED 1 ALSO

4. How soon FEDEX/Air 21 will pick up the CRBA package after calling them?

MINE WAS PICKED UP 8 DAYS DAYS AFTER I CALLED,ITS THE FEDEX FAULT

Hello guys! I just called USEM-ACS a while ago to inquire about the progress of my daughter's application for US passport and CRBA.... and guess what... she's approved already since last week after they received our additional documents. Thank GOD!!! Our case taker said that we'll just have to wait 2 -3 weeks for her US passport and CRBA certificate.

I would like to thanks to all VJ'ers who became my friends here in VJ who guided me and giving advices with regards to CRBA application.

Especially... many thanks to blumist!!! Thank you so much sis. Got approved na. By the way sis, i have questions. Sabi kasi sa akin sa ACS naforward na rin nila un copy ng consular report of birth ng baby ko sa immigrant visa unit. She said that ako na lng daw magfollow up sa kanila with regards to my petition. Do you think pwede ko na rin forward un Marriage index ko sa immigrant visa unit since pinadalahan na sila ng copy ng ACS of my baby's CRBA certificate? Pwede ko na kaya dalhin sa embassy un marriage index namin para okay na rin ako and para maprocess na rin nila un visa ko? what do u think sis? Hindi ko kasi alam kung paano ko tatawagan immigrant visa unit. Anyway, i got some phone numbers also here sa VJ and everybody says that it would only entertain for US Citizens callers, so I guess I let my husband call them to inquire about my visa status. Have your hubby notarized all of them in the US. Affidavit of parentage and physical presence can be done by your hubby. He should computerized that and have them notarized in US. I think there's a downloadable forms for that.

Hi sis...yung sken kc nun di ko tinrack by website nila..tumatawag lng ako sa ACS-FedEx pra i-asked kung na-received na ba ng ACS..

July 8 nila pinicked-up...July 10 na-received ng ACS then July 11 tumawag na ACS sken for appointment scheduled.July 24 ang CRBA appointment na binigay nila pra sa anak ko.

sis ask ko lng kc intrviw na ng baby this july20..kinakabahan n ako dadalhin ko pa ung ibang proof na wre together wen i gt pregnant nung stay ng fiance ko d2..kc un proof of domicile submit ko na lht ung hindi ko lng nasubmit ung tax records nya 2007 and 2008 kc nasa visa packet ko na.btw,ok lng ba kc nauna na approve ung visa ko at nsa aking na nga ung visa ko kaysa sa citizenship ng baby ko.do i need to tell them na may visa na ako kasi naapprove na ako nung june15 pa.so nauna ung visa ko.sa tinging mo sis ok lng un?sna maaaprove agd citizenship anak ko.kc un nlng wait nmin eh,.

Yup ok lng yun na may visa kna,bring your passport kc baka hanapin sayo,sken kc nun tinignan passport ko at yes dalhin mo yung proof na mgksma kayo nung preggy ka..di mo ba sinama sa CRBA package nung sinubmit mo?

sori sis namali ako.nung 3rd visit ng fianc ko thats the time kmi nakabuo so nabuntis ako nun.thats was dec.2007 pero umuwi na sya jan.2008 kaya hindi n nya nakita lumaki ung tiyan ko.sa webcam lng pero lht ng proof na magksma kim nung time na nabuo ung baby nmin na submit ko na lht sa embassy.im praying maaus at madali lng interivw wg n sna dna wla n kc kmi money ang mahal.

mga sis my question lng ako if hindi ko kukuhanan ng phil.passport ang baby ko.kc sbi ng fiance ko wg muna dw mag dual citizen ung US passport muna dw gamitin nya.ok lng ba un?pagkukuha ako ng exit permit marami bang tanong bakit hindi ko kukuhanan phil.passport anak ko.kasi if mahirap kumuha ng exit permit at mahigpit at madaming pang tanong at matagal eh balak ko kuha na din sya phil.passport pero pag hindi nmn at madali lng hindi na muna sya kukuhanan ng phil.passport.so im asking if mahirap ba kumuha ng exit permit if mahigpit at immigration????
